Starter and Professional are logically isolated tenants on Cost Optix managed infrastructure. Business provides dedicated resources for stronger performance and compliance isolation. Enterprise is fully deployed within your own environment — on-premise or your preferred cloud provider.
API Rate Limit Reset
Daily API call limits reset at 00:00 UTC every day (1:00 AM WAT).
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my account or user limits?
Cost Optix will prompt you to upgrade before additional accounts or users can be added. Existing accounts and users are never removed when limits are hit.
Is there a free trial for paid tiers?
Yes — new organisations receive a trial period on sign-up. Contact support@costoptix.com for trial extension requests.
Can Starter and Professional customers get SSO?
SSO requires Business or Enterprise. It is not available on shared infrastructure tiers.
