Starter and Professional are logically isolated tenants on Cost Optix managed infrastructure. Business provides dedicated resources for stronger performance and compliance isolation. Enterprise is fully deployed within your own environment — on-premise or your preferred cloud provider.

## API Rate Limit Reset

Daily API call limits reset at **00:00 UTC** every day.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?**
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

**What happens if I exceed my account or user limits?**
Cost Optix will prompt you to upgrade before additional accounts or users can be added. Existing accounts and users are never removed when limits are hit.

**Can Starter and Professional customers get SSO?**
SSO requires Business or Enterprise. It is not available on shared infrastructure tiers.
